Overview

Virtual Voyagers invites an accomplished CGI Designer to enhance their Design team focused on signature hospitality real estate projects. This role emphasizes creating impactful 3D models and visualizations that articulate design intentions at the Concept Stage, requiring efficiency in both modeling and rendering. Collaborating closely with the Design Director, this position bridges sketches and architectural concepts, aligning exterior and interior design teams.

Work Arrangement and Collaboration

Position is entirely remote.
Team collaboration aligns with Central European (CET) or UK working hours.
No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with architectural and design teams to conceptualize and visualize exterior, interior, and architectural projects.
Propose original design concepts reflecting client needs for review purposes.
Create customized materials and textures using 3D Max and Corona Renderer per Interior Designer guidelines.
Model or source FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) based on selections from Exterior and Interior Designers.
Develop bespoke furniture models from sketches or image references.
Produce rapid sketch renders and previews for internal feedback on both interior and exterior visualizations.
Effectively operate within a team-based, agile workflow and utilize project management tools such as Jira.

Required Qualifications and Skills

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a CGI Exterior Designer.
At least 3 years of professional experience as a CGI Interior Designer.
Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
Proficiency with 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, and other visualization software.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous relevant work is mandatory.
