Architectural Assistant

About the Role

Join a dynamic architectural firm based in Singapore specializing in industrial, workers' dormitories, energy projects, and other specialized construction sectors. We are looking for a skilled Architectural Assistant who has a minimum of three years' experience in architectural practice and is eager to engage with diverse project types beyond typical residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams to ensure timely, budget-aligned completion of projects conforming to client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from conceptual design through to project completion with senior oversight.
• Prepare and develop all necessary drawing documents including submissions, detailed, construction, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate submissions to authorities by ensuring accuracy of forms and drawings and handling liaison activities under senior supervision.
• Maintain and improve current workflow processes aligning with company standards.
• Develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders to encourage ongoing collaborations.
• Conduct site visits to enhance understanding of construction in relation to plans and drawings.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should hold at least a diploma in architecture and possess hands-on experience with design-to-construction phases. Proficiency in CAD and BIM software is essential.

Work Details

• Location: Suntec City Office Tower 2, Singapore
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Employment type: Permanent full-time position
• Industry: Architecture and Building Construction
• Salary: Up to SGD 5500 per month depending on experience
• Annual leave entitlement: 16.5 days
