Arabic-Speaking Graphic Designer for Embedded Client Role

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer fluent in Arabic to join an embedded client team in Doha, Qatar on a full-time basis. This role demands a highly professional, dependable, and responsive individual who can collaborate effectively within the client's environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize creative content for both digital and print channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, reports, publications, infographics, and various communication materials.
• Design and adapt visual materials in Arabic and bilingual formats (Arabic and English), leveraging strong Arabic layout expertise.
• Produce visually compelling designs aligned with established branding standards.
• Handle several projects simultaneously while adhering to stringent deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback promptly and adjust designs accordingly.
• Prepare precise, production-ready artwork suitable for digital output and print use.
• Keep project files well-organized, maintain version control, and ensure confidentiality of materials.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Fluency in Arabic and solid proficiency in English.
• At least three years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within agencies, corporate settings, or equivalent sectors.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, with a preference for Arabic and bilingual projects.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, composition, and effective visual communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to comprehend design briefs clearly and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities for juggling multiple priorities.

Working Conditions

• This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence in Doha, Qatar.
• The designer will collaborate closely with the client’s internal team while maintaining communication with the employer.
