Appointment Setter

About the Role

Clay Cooley Auto Group is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Appointment Setters (BDC Agents) to make great first impressions and coordinate appointments for our dealership network. This role involves managing inbound calls and online leads, scheduling customer appointments, and following up to enhance dealership traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls and respond to internet inquiries effectively.
• Engage with potential customers to respond to questions, provide detailed information, and book dealership appointments.
• Maintain customer data using CRM and lead management tools, tracking interest and updating records.
• Reach out to internet leads and previous clientele to set, confirm appointments, and address any pending issues.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient scheduling.
• Inform customers about current promotions, special offers, and incentive programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Successful completion of onboarding shortly after hiring.
• Basic knowledge of automotive products; compensation is linked to experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong computer and phone proficiency.
• Exposure to automotive CRM software is desirable but not mandatory.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
