Role Overview

This opening is for an L2 Support Engineer focused on application support, production issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong troubleshooting ability, hands-on SQL skills, and the confidence to manage critical incidents through to closure.

The engineer will investigate and resolve application issues, analyze logs and database errors, and support production environments while working within incident, problem, and change management practices. The position also involves keeping communication clear and timely with stakeholders and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors when required.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have solid verbal and written communication abilities, good analytical and troubleshooting skills, and a practical understanding of application support workflows.
