Role Description and Responsibilities
As a key member of a focused team, the Analyst will support investment, development, and asset management operations at Fort Partners, with an emphasis on real estate acquisitions, financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution. Duties include close collaboration with senior personnel on financial analysis and presentation preparation, coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders such as lenders, investors, and consultants, participation in meetings and due diligence activities, and the creation and maintenance of financial models for investment and development projects.
Additional responsibilities encompass assisting with deal structuring, financing approaches, and preparation for investment committee discussions; conducting market research along with strategic planning reviews for acquisitions and portfolio management; and gaining a comprehensive understanding of Fort Partners' investment strategies.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must hold at least a bachelor's degree and possess one to two years of relevant professional experience. Eligibility to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship is mandatory, as Fort Partners does not support visa sponsorships, including for individuals on student visas.
Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical capabilities and effective communication skills
- Between one and two years of experience in private equity, real estate development, or investment banking
- Competence in building financial analyses from the ground up
