Role Overview

This position is for a practical AI specialist who can design, build, and connect AI-enabled systems across multiple parts of the business, including operations, project coordination, sales, research, and customer interaction. The role suits someone who enjoys using Claude and other leading language models to convert real business challenges into efficient AI-powered workflows.

It is a highly accountable, hands-on role with broad ownership. Rather than joining a large AI function, you will be the primary AI resource for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

You will create and implement AI workflows and systems for the company using Claude and other large language models. This includes building automations that address practical business needs such as document review, lead screening, research support, report creation, and MIS drafting.

You will also look for opportunities across departments where AI can improve productivity, quickly prototype solutions, and work closely with founders and team leads to turn their challenges into working AI processes. In addition, you will connect AI tools with company systems such as CRM platforms, spreadsheets, document tools, and communication apps, while also training team members to use Claude and related tools effectively. Keeping pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and bringing in useful new capabilities will also be part of the job.

Requirements

The company is seeking someone with strong practical experience using Claude and preferably other frontier models such as ChatGPT and Gemini. You should have solid prompt engineering ability, experience building end-to-end AI automations or workflows, and programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.

Comfort with APIs, integrations, and no-code or low-code platforms is important. The ideal candidate will also have a strong problem-solving mindset, the ability to translate business issues into AI-first solutions, and good written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

Helpful but not mandatory experience includes working with Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, or custom agents; familiarity with MCP or related integration frameworks; and hands-on use of tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or Notion. A background in real estate, architecture, or construction is welcome, but the main priority is strong AI capability and a solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a gross salary of INR 40,000 per month, which equals INR 4,80,000 per year. You will have the opportunity to influence how AI is deployed across the company, experiment with modern AI tools on real business problems, work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and potentially grow into a Head of AI / Automation position as the business scales.
