Compensation can reach up to 65 LPA with opportunities for candidates to participate in up to 20 remote and onsite interviews if selected.

Role Overview: AI Product Manager (Experience 5+ Years)

We are seeking an AI-native Product Manager to lead the product vision and execution of developer-centric tools and agentic coding workflows. The candidate will define product strategies and deliver hands-on experiences that innovatively shape the future of software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the overall product strategy and roadmap concerning the Command Line Interface (CLI) experience.
• Enhance local code review workflows along with pre-commit and pre-merge processes.
• Lead strategic planning and delivery of Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and code editor integrations.
• Create AI agent features and facilitate seamless Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration experiences.
• Establish frameworks for developer customization using skills and plugins.
• Prioritize enhancements to developer workflows grounded in end-user requirements.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and growth departments.
• Author detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and oversee complete product development cycles.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles.
• Background in building B2B SaaS or developer-focused tool products.
• Demonstrated, practical expertise with AI coding assistants and automated coding tools.
• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol and AI agent tool integration is essential.
• Hands-on knowledge in using or constructing CLI tools.
• Strong technical skills related to programming, terminal operations, and developer workflows.
