Responsibilities

- Convert analyst research methods, data processing logic, and investment frameworks into scalable, product-oriented solutions.
- Collaborate closely with AI, engineering, and data teams to craft AI agents and research workflows tailored for professional investors.
- Engage with institutional clients to facilitate ongoing product refinement and implementation.
- Design AI-powered experiences to enhance research, information discovery, and decision-making support.
- Lead the transformation of intricate investment research capabilities into scalable product systems.
Requirements
- Prior experience within buy-side, sell-side, or financial research sectors.
- Strong grasp of industry research, equity analysis, and institutional investment processes.
- Keen interest in AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and AI-native product development.
- Outstanding product conceptualization, information abstraction, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
- Technical proficiency sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Background in technology, fintech, or startups is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong product intuition, full-stack development experience, or design expertise.
- Experience researching U.S. equities or global financial markets.
- Practical familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or AI agent workflows.
- Background in coding, data analysis, or AI application development.
- Experience designing complex research-oriented or professional workflow products.
