Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Generative AI Engineer to join our creative team in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity. In this position, you will be responsible for leading development of important features in our generative AI projects while working alongside multidisciplinary teams to build state-of-the-art AI solutions. You will also mentor junior engineers, guiding their professional growth and contributing to the architectural design of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead feature development in generative AI projects independently.
• Support and mentor junior engineering staff.
• Participate in making design and architecture decisions for AI technologies.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver cohesive AI solutions.
• Analyze and enhance performance of existing AI models.
• Document technical designs and maintain clean, readable codebases.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience in AI or machine learning roles.
• Proven ability to successfully manage and deliver projects independently.
• In-depth knowledge of generative AI technologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with software development processes and best practices.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical topics to varied audiences.
• Experience with version control, especially Git.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise with AI or ML applications.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, containerization, and orchestration tools.

Additional Information

This role is based in Hyderabad and requires full-time commitment. Candidates must have at least a graduate degree to be eligible.

Salary

The offered annual compensation ranges from 500000 to 1400000 INR.
