  • Collaborate with the Admissions Committee and prepare applicant documents for faculty review.
  • Advise prospective and current applicants on admissions requirements, prerequisite courses, and application competitiveness; provide constructive feedback for application improvements.
  • Work jointly with Academic Affairs and the School of Pharmacy Dean’s Office.
  • Recruitment Strategy and Outreach (45%): Execute recruitment initiatives aligned with enrollment goals under direction of the Director.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with pre-pharmacy advisors, community partners, campus offices, and organizations to bolster recruitment pipelines.
  • Plan and coordinate on-campus and virtual recruitment events such as preview days, information sessions, visit experiences, school tours, workshops, summer camps, and early engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with Communications to create recruitment brochures, presentations, digital resources, and event materials.
  • Support website content updates and CRM communication workflows.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to evaluate initiative effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Other Duties (10%): Assist with school initiatives, special projects, and committee assignments as requested.
  • Represent the School professionally in interactions with students, families, advisors, partner institutions, and external stakeholders.
  • Support operational needs and school activities aligned with the mission and goals of the School of Pharmacy.
