Admission Counsellor

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Admission Counsellor for Pre-Primary to K-12 levels based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The position requires reporting initially to the Kiya World School Pre-Primary Campus in Seetamadhara and working primarily from Gambhiram. Working hours are from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist parents and students, comprehending their needs and providing detailed information about the school's learning programs and facilities.
• Offer counselling and guidance to parents on curriculum, teaching methods, unique features, and address any queries to instill confidence during the admission process.
• Maintain proactive contact with prospective parents through calls, messages, and meetings to encourage conversion from enquiry to enrollment.
• Organize and conduct school tours and presentation sessions highlighting the academic environment, programs, and extracurricular activities.
• Accurately maintain enquiry, application, follow-up, and admission records via MS Office tools and CRM or Excel software.
• Collaborate closely with academic, administrative, and marketing teams to streamline the admissions process for families.
• Engage in admission campaigns, open houses, workshops, and various promotional events to drive enquiries and admissions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Confident and comfortable in interacting with parents and students.
• Excellent skills in follow-up and relationship development.
• Competency in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information

The working days include six days a week, Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Salary offered ranges from 18,000 to 30,000 Indian Rupees per month.
