Job Overview
We are seeking a confident and goal-driven Admission Counsellor to assist prospective students and their parents. The role involves providing detailed information regarding courses, eligibility criteria, admission formalities, and career prospects within our offerings.
Key Duties
- Advise students and parents on available courses and career pathways.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications including calls and inquiries from prospective students.
- Engage in proactive follow-ups to convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
- Clarify specifics related to courses such as content, fees, prerequisites, duration, and application procedures.
- Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions process.
- Meet or surpass monthly targets for student admissions.
- Collaborate closely with admission and academic teams to ensure seamless enrollment experiences.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with students and their families.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold a graduate degree in any field.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills are essential.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior exposure to education counselling, telecalling, sales, or business development.
