Job Overview and Location
This listing is for one term role requiring a commitment of 75 hours every two weeks in Mayo, Yukon. The appointment will create a 12-month eligibility pool for similar future vacancies. Housing is not provided.
About Community Nursing Branch
Community Nursing Branch manages primary and public health services across Yukon through 14 health centers, including 11 rural centres staffed by nurses with extended roles, and 3 centres focusing on community and public health programs.
Role Summary
Under the direction of the Primary Health Care Nurse in Charge, the Administrative Assistant will deliver support services for Community Nursing programs and activities at the local health centre. Tasks include reception duties, program assistance, and administrative support while strictly upholding client confidentiality.

Essential Qualifications
- Experience in client-focused roles within public-facing environments
- Proven administrative capabilities, including phone handling, inter-office coordination, and financial task management such as invoicing and payment processing

Employment Conditions
