About the Role

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our finance team based in Dubai. The candidate will be instrumental in ensuring precise financial record-keeping, compiling financial reports, and maintaining adherence to accounting principles and tax legislation. This role supports the organization’s financial health and growth objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately document daily financial transactions aligned with accounting standards.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Create invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Conduct bank statement reconciliations and oversee cash flow management.
• Generate financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain and verify the general ledger to ensure record accuracy.
• Assist with VAT submissions, tax paperwork, and compliance matters.
• Facilitate internal and external audits by compiling financial documentation.
• Work alongside management to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting standards, and VAT legislation.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office suite, notably Excel.
• Strong analytical reasoning, numerical aptitude, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with outstanding organizational skills.
• High ethical standards with the capacity to safeguard confidential financial data.
