Job Overview
Ultimate Ventures Security System Private Limited, located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage comprehensive financial activities. The role encompasses maintaining precise financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial analysis and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update detailed financial records including transaction logs and reconciliations with bank and ledger accounts.
- Generate periodic financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to assist in budget and forecasting activities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable by processing invoices, ensuring punctual payments, and tracking outstanding amounts from clients and vendors.
- Execute preparation and submission of various tax returns including VAT, income tax, and payroll taxes, maintaining adherence to applicable laws.
- Process payroll accurately, handle deductions and benefits calculations, and securely maintain payroll data.
- Support audit procedures by ensuring thorough documentation of financial dealings and aiding in discrepancy resolutions.
- Conduct financial data analysis to discern trends, offer suggestions for performance improvements, and monitor expenditure control.
Remuneration
The monthly salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000.
