Accountant

Role Overview

We are looking to appoint a female Accountant or Accounts Assistant to join our team at Sadar Bazar, Delhi. This is a full-time position providing a monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000, depending on your experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily sales and purchase transactions accurately.
• Generate invoices and manage billing processes.
• Maintain detailed ledgers and accounting records.
• Support GST-related paperwork and perform basic accounting functions.
• Manage bank transaction entries and keep payment records up to date.
• Keep track of stock and inventory documentation.
• Utilize MS Excel for compiling reports and data entry tasks.
• Communicate with clients regarding invoicing, account status, and payment follow-ups as needed.
• Handle general office and administrative responsibilities associated with accounting.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates are preferred for this opening.
• Must have at least one year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
• Familiarity with GST procedures and bookkeeping is advantageous.
• Candidates should be trustworthy, well-organized, detail-conscious, and eager to learn new skills.

Working Hours

Regular work schedule is from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
