  • Guide Technical Specialists and partners by sharing proven practices, playbooks, and assets; mentor team members; and uplift regional technical capabilities.
  • Advocate the engagement model between Account Executives, Account Technical Leads, and Technical Solution Specialists, promoting structured workflows, discovery techniques, and technical standards.
  • Capture and disseminate learnings to enhance repeatability and scalability; provide feedback on opportunities and challenges to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 7 to 10+ years in technical sales, solution consulting, or related client-facing roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) workflows involving design, coordination, and construction phases.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk products such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Build, BIM Collaborate Pro), and Autodesk Platform Services (APS / Forge).
  • Proven ability to present integrated, end-to-end workflows and platform strategies.
  • Excellent skills connecting technical solutions with business results.
  • Experience coordinating and influencing diverse, cross-functional teams.
