Account Manager

About the Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with substantial earning potential, starting at an hourly wage between $14.00 and $14.45. The Account Manager position serves as a vital foundation for career advancement within the company, with many higher-level leaders having been promoted from this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of rental accounts by fostering strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Perform early-stage collection activities on accounts 1 to 6 days overdue, meeting daily and weekly collection targets.
• Maintain account performance and secure payment agreements using the company’s account management tools.
• Execute scheduled routes including deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups efficiently.
• Provide exceptional, white-glove customer service both in-store, via phone, and during in-home visits.
• Contribute actively to sales by generating new rental agreements and supporting overall sales growth.
• Safely transport, install, and handle rental merchandise in store and at customers' homes.
• Ensure showroom presentation standards and company vehicle cleanliness and maintenance are upheld.
• Comply with all company safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Physical Demands

• Capability to lift and move heavy merchandise safely.
• Ability to operate a box truck responsibly.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing and driving.

Schedule and Work Environment

• Full-time employment, working Monday through Saturday.
• Sunday and one additional weekday off weekly.
• Physically demanding role including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
