Responsibilities
- Assist in financial operations such as preparing expense statements, monitoring budgets, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Create, revise, and organize various documents including reports, presentations, and formal communications.
- Offer administrative assistance by managing calendars, planning meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence effectively.
- Support meeting logistics by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action points while keeping databases updated and ensuring data accuracy.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Facilitate clear and professional communications among internal teams, external collaborators, and service providers.
- Exhibit flexibility and initiative in managing evolving work priorities.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong organizational ability, effective communication, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and knowledgeable in financial tools or software applications.
- Capable of working autonomously, prioritizing responsibilities, and meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
