Role Overview
As an Account Executive at Activepieces, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing deals. The position involves guiding customers who wish to integrate AI into their teams, supported by our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Your sales pipeline will mainly consist of inbound requests for demos, product signups, and qualified leads generated by our sales development representatives (SDRs).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Convert inbound leads into successful sales outcomes.
- Handle qualified leads referred from SDRs.
- Contribute to developing outbound sales strategies as the company expands beyond inbound leads.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ experience closing full sales cycles in B2B SaaS environments, preferably within mid-market or enterprise sectors.
- Experience in selling AI or automation-related platforms is advantageous.
- Motivated by the prospect of being a founding Account Executive.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work remotely.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 and an on-target earning (OTE) potential between $140,000 and $180,000, with a 50/50 split between base and commission. There is an uncapped accelerator beyond quota achievement and equity grants as a founding team member.
Recruitment Process
Prospective candidates will undergo two stages: a conversation with the company founder followed by a work-sample exercise. The role is offered at an exciting time when demand is validated and the sales team is poised for growth.
