Role Overview
Sway is seeking an Account Executive dedicated to promoting growth and expanding partnerships with brands and retailers. This role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying prospects and nurturing relationships to negotiating and closing significant deals. Collaboration with company leadership and cross-functional teams to implement customer-focused solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the sales process including prospecting, needs discovery, solution crafting, presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, relationship management, and strategic account development.
- Engage with brands, retailers, and enterprises with multiple locations to uncover new revenue channels.
- Create and execute account plans to enhance Sway’s market penetration and customer engagement within strategic sectors.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals.
- Partner closely with clients to comprehend their business needs, operational hurdles, and objectives, tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Forge trusted, strategic relationships with key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with departments such as Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and prospective markets to refine sales approach and positioning.
- Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline data, forecasts, and reports using CRM platforms.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B sales with proven success in selling complex solutions.
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Solid commercial insight to recognize customer issues and design apt solutions.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in selling last-mile logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, technological, or operational solutions.
- Existing networks with brands, retailers, marketplaces, or multi-location companies.
- Experience engaging operations, supply chain, retail, or logistics departments.
- Prior work in high-growth startups or companies undergoing scaling phases.
- Managing strategic accounts and expanding revenue within those accounts.

Additional Information
This role is remote with a hybrid option preferred in Los Angeles or New York. The annual salary range is $100,000 to $125,000 USD for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
