About the Role

Artest is a product-led technology company in Yerevan that builds software products and systems while fostering a strong quality culture with creativity at its core. The company is looking for an Access Administrator to handle user access across internal systems and data, with a focus on security, compliance, and controlled access practices.

This position is fully office-based in Yerevan, Armenia. Hybrid and remote work are not available, though relocation support can be provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer user accounts by creating, updating, and removing access when needed.
  • Assign the right access permissions according to each employee’s role and responsibilities.
  • Run recurring reviews of user accounts to find and remove unnecessary or outdated permissions.
  • Help enforce access control standards and policies to strengthen system security.
  • Track user access activity across systems and data for monitoring purposes.
  • Review access-related incidents, respond quickly, and identify possible risks or weaknesses.
  • Escalate issues to the relevant teams and support the incident response process.
  • Keep clear records of access actions, investigation steps, and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports related to access audits and security incidents.
  • Contribute ideas for improving access administration processes and participate in post-incident reviews.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in access management, account administration, or information security.
  • Solid understanding of access management fundamentals and information security best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain security topics clearly to people at different levels.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms and related security tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and similar access management systems.
