About the Internship
This internship focuses on hands-on involvement in sales growth, client engagement, business development, and reporting activities at Spryte Labs, a company delivering curated technology solutions including cloud, AI, and cybersecurity services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound lead generation through channels like email, phone, and professional networking platforms and qualify prospects.
- Handle inbound leads with effective discovery calls and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Present the company's AI, cloud, custom software, and tech resourcing services to potential clients, crafting tailored proposals based on their needs.
- Organize client meetings, manage follow-ups in coordination with the onsite sales team, and develop a robust sales pipeline through persistent communication.
- Participate in virtual events to uncover new business opportunities and work alongside marketing to improve sales materials and messaging.
- Generate weekly sales reports detailing pipeline progress and support interdepartmental collaboration with delivery, operations, and account management teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 13 and August 17, 2026, lasting for 3 months.
- Candidates should be based in Bangalore and possess relevant skills and interests in sales and communication.
- Fresh graduates and women aiming to start or restart their careers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Perks
- A monthly stipend of ₹15,000 to ₹15,001.

- Potential job offer with an annual salary ranging from ₹420,000 to ₹450,000 upon successful transition to a permanent role.
