Internship Overview
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to craft original, culturally resonant Kannada content for mobile platforms. Interns will be tasked with writing a variety of short-form pieces such as quotes, captions, and status updates, ensuring linguistic accuracy and authenticity that reflects Kannada traditions and contemporary trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and culturally appropriate Kannada content for mobile applications.
- Translate and adapt material from English or Hindi into Kannada, preserving the intended tone and emotional nuance.
- Maintain high standards for grammar, spelling, script conventions, and overall language fidelity.
- Investigate Kannada customs, festivals, dialects, and current regional expressions to produce relatable content.
- Edit and proofread submissions to align with the brand’s tone and stylistic guidelines.
- Handle content uploads and management through backend CMS tools, ensuring proper tagging and categorization.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to synchronize content with app features and promotional campaigns.
- Engage with contributors and influencers to enrich and curate the Kannada content offerings.
- Track content performance metrics and recommend improvements or new content ideas.
- Adhere to deadlines and incorporate feedback to consistently achieve daily and weekly content goals.
