About the Internship

This internship offers practical exposure to various Human Resources functions within a dynamic e-commerce environment. As an HR intern, you will assist with the recruitment cycle including job postings, screening of applications, and scheduling interviews. You'll be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting the coordination of training sessions and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will help draft HR-related documents, policies, and communications while handling routine administrative tasks relevant to HR activities.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a part-time internship.
• Should be able to start between 21st July 2026 and 25th August 2026.
• Commitment to a three-month internship duration is required.
• Applicants must reside in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Relevant skills and genuine interest in HR functions are essential.

Stipend and Benefits

The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging from INR 5000 to INR 6000. Interns will also receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion. The workweek consists of five days.
