About the Internship

Join Reducate.ai as a Human Resources (HR) intern and develop your expertise in communication and office productivity tools such as MS-Office, MS-Excel, and MS-Word, while contributing effectively to a driven HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic technology-driven group.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including resume evaluation and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes by organizing orientation sessions for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and update HR information systems.
• Help coordinate training and professional development programs.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and conduct surveys to improve workplace experience.
• Contribute to drafting HR policy documents and procedure manuals.
• Collaborate with HR team members on projects aimed at enhancing HR operations.

Who Can Apply

This internship is open only to candidates who are able to work remotely and begin between July 14, 2026, and August 18, 2026. Applicants must be available for the full two-month duration and possess the relevant skills and interest in human resources functions.

Compensation and Benefits

A stipend of INR 15,000 per month will be provided. Additional perks include a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful internship conclusion.
