About the Internship

This internship offers complete exposure to the full recruitment process, where the intern will manage hiring duties from role initiation through candidate onboarding. Using multiple sourcing platforms, such as professional networking sites, the intern will develop qualified talent pipelines and conduct careful screening and shortlisting of applicants to ensure strong role fit. The position involves coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and maintaining consistent communication with candidates. Data management through spreadsheets is essential to track progress and maintain organized candidate records. The internship emphasizes quick execution alongside maintaining quality standards. Additionally, excellent communication with internal teams and candidates will be key to foster a smooth hiring cycle.

Who Should Apply

Applicants must be able to dedicate themselves to a remote internship lasting four months, starting between August 11 and September 15, 2026. Additional Information
