Pan India Group Private Limited, a renowned event planning and management company delivering comprehensive services across sports, fashion, modeling, beauty pageants, films, and entertainment, is seeking dynamic female interns for Telecalling roles. This internship offers an opportunity to sharpen communication and MS-Excel skills while contributing meaningfully to sales and customer service efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Maintain and update customer information using MS-Excel.
• Deliver outstanding customer support to clients via phone conversations.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and resolve queries.
• Coordinate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Engage in training sessions to further develop skills and industry knowledge.
• Participate actively in team discussions to foster innovation and business growth.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for a full-time in-office internship based in Gurgaon.
• Internship start date should be between 16th July 2026 and 20th August 2026.
• Commitment for a 6-month duration is required.
• Preference will be given to female candidates, including women aiming to restart or begin their careers.
• Possession of relevant communication and MS-Excel skills is necessary.
• Willingness to travel across India due to the company's pan-India operations.

Additional Information

Stipend for this position ranges from INR 8,000 to INR 12,000 monthly. Selected interns will receive certificates and letters of recommendation upon completion of the internship.
