About the internship

Uboard India Limited is looking for a customer support intern to help manage day-to-day customer interactions for its electric micro-mobility business. The company, founded in 2016, focuses on building high-quality electric vehicles designed for Indian roads and usage conditions. What you will do

• Respond to customer questions about products by phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Work with service, production, and dispatch teams to close customer issues within the expected timeline.
• Monitor service tickets, warranty claims, and repair progress.
• Keep customer communication and case records accurate and updated.
• Check in with customers after service is completed to confirm satisfaction.
• Assist with tracking orders and communicating delivery updates.
• Create daily and weekly summaries for customer support activities.
• Gather customer feedback and pass useful insights to the team for improving processes.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, and can commit to a 3-month internship. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role.

Additional requirements

• Previous internship or project exposure in customer support is an advantage.
• Strong people skills and the ability to handle customers calmly and professionally are important.
• Interest in electric vehicles, mobility, or consumer products will be helpful.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Stipend

The stipend offered is INR 8,000 to 12,000 per month.
