About the Internship
This internship offers the opportunity to work remotely with Spotlight Strategic Partners, a venture capital fund investing in early-stage technology and consumer startups in India. The role involves interviewing startup founders across the country and crafting compelling stories about their entrepreneurial journeys and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual interviews with startup founders throughout India to develop engaging narratives highlighting their ventures and influence.
- Create and publish 15 detailed founder stories monthly, ensuring high editorial quality, accuracy, and uniform writing style.
- Perform comprehensive background research on founders, their companies, industries, and markets to produce insightful, fact-based articles with credible data.
- Adapt each founder story into varied formats including LinkedIn posts, website summaries, newsletters, and social media content to broaden audience engagement.
- Manage interview schedules, gather photographs and supplementary materials, secure founder approvals when necessary, optimize articles for SEO, and publish content in line with the editorial calendar.

- Applicants must be available for remote work and able to start between July 21, 2026, and August 25, 2026.
- Availability for a full six-month internship duration is required.
