Join Variabl as a Content Creator in Residence, based in Koramangala, Bengaluru. This is an in-office opportunity requiring a daily commitment of 5-6 hours, initially offered for a 3-month duration with monthly review and potential extension. The internship begins immediately and provides a stipend of ₹15,000 per month.

Role Overview
This position focuses on creating engaging video content for Variabl’s social media presence, primarily Instagram. Unlike typical strategy or copywriting roles, interns will be hands-on in scripting, filming, and delivering captivating reels alongside experienced founders and a dedicated video editor.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce Instagram reels, including conceiving hooks, scripting, and on-camera presentation.
- Collaborate directly with company founders to script and execute video shoots.
- Deeply learn and understand Variabl’s products covering invoicing, GST, tax processes, and CA interactions to create informed content.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align content with strategic objectives.
- Provide clear briefs to video editors and evaluate final edits to ensure quality.
- Experiment with different content formats, analyze viewership data, and optimize or discontinue ineffective content.
- Occasionally conduct field interviews and event coverage related to independent professionals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available full-time at the office in Koramangala, Bengaluru.
- Internship start dates should fall between August 13 and September 17, 2026.
- Commitment to a 3-month internship period is required.
- Applicants should already be active content creators on Instagram with 0-20K followers and a minimum of 20 posted pieces.
- Content focus areas should include startups, marketing, finance, fintech, tech, lifestyle, or related topics.
- Comfortable and natural presence on camera required.
- An understanding of Instagram metrics such as hooks, retention, watch time, skip rate, shares, and saves is essential.
- Applicants must be Bengaluru-based and able to work onsite.
