Zonal Director

About the Role

The position of Zonal Director involves leading and managing the operations of one of the six designated zones within the Law Students Connect Initiative in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the development and growth of the initiative within their zone, ensuring all goals are achieved through effective team leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader and representative for the assigned Zone, overseeing the management of WhatsApp groups, organizing events and social media campaigns to engage members.
• Guarantee the accomplishment of all objectives set for the initiative within the zone.
• Formulate and implement both short-term and long-term strategic plans and goals to advance the initiative's impact.
• Select and appoint Campus Representatives across every university located within the zone, fostering the expansion of initiative membership.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current enrollment as a law student at a university within the relevant zone to be led.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or previous roles that showcase leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal communication abilities.
• Proven skills in leadership, people management, and team-building.
• Active engagement on LinkedIn and WhatsApp platforms is essential.
