Role Overview

Community Care Trust is looking for dedicated Youth Support Workers to join their Youth Team in Dunedin (Ōtepoti). This role involves supporting young people (rangatahi) who have experienced trauma, adversity, or complex life situations. The position includes both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

You will engage closely with young people, facilitating their growth by building trust and creating safe, structured, and nurturing environments. The aim is to help rangatahi build confidence, acquire life skills, and foster independence through consistent support and encouragement.
