Role Overview

Located at the Coomera office, this impactful position involves assisting young individuals aged 15 to 24 in overcoming obstacles, developing skills, and finding enduring pathways into education, training, or job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish trust and engagement with youth referred from Centrelink, community groups, and other sources.
  • Evaluate participants for program eligibility.
  • Handle a caseload through personalized coaching, group sessions, digital communication, and referrals to specialists.
  • Create and update tailored Education and Employment Plans reflecting each participant's aspirations, strengths, and challenges.
  • Partner with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations to facilitate meaningful opportunities.
  • Engage local businesses to secure sustainable employment and training placements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Transition to Work (TtW) and DESE program standards.
