Role overview
Tata Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced Workday Reporting and Integration professional to support its Workday programs. This position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a pan-India work location mentioned in the source.

What you will work on
- Build and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Support Workday Financials and/or Supply Chain Management modules.
- Work on FSCM processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Expenses, and Supplier Management.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using XML, XSLT, XPATH, Java, JSON, and SQL.
- Connect Workday with external platforms and middleware, including banks, suppliers, procurement tools, and payment gateways.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver integration solutions.
Required capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Workday integration development.
- Strong command of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services.
- Practical understanding of Workday Financials and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Good knowledge of FSCM business flows such as P2P, O2C, expenses, and supplier management.
- Ability to use XML, XSLT, XPATH, Java, JSON, and SQL in integration work.
- Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication for working with both business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- Workday Integration Core certification or Workday Financials certification is preferred.
- Experience with cloud financial systems, ERP integrations, or large Workday implementations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM or other ERP platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of Workday security models, reporting, and calculated fields is beneficial.
