Role Overview

The Corporate Wellness & Private Consulting Coordinator based in Los Angeles will facilitate Antahā’s delivery within two main sectors: corporate engagements with companies and leadership teams, and private consulting services for high-net-worth individuals. This role acts as a vital bridge between Sitender’s teachings and the diverse audiences they serve, requiring a deep understanding of both corporate language and spiritual work.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide support for corporate wellness sessions, leadership immersions, and team experiences in Los Angeles.
• Manage communications with HR, Learning & Development, and executive teams from initial contact to post-session follow-ups.
• Adapt Antahā’s offerings suitably for corporate audiences without losing their essence.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for repeat engagements and referrals.
• Represent Antahā professionally with confidence, clarity, and warmth.
• Organize private consulting for high-net-worth individuals, including scheduling, onboarding, and preparation of the setting.
• Serve as the initial human point of contact for private clients, ensuring a warm and genuine welcome.
• Identify individuals at events or networks who may benefit from private engagement with Sitender.
• Support the overall journey of private clients with thoughtful and discreet care.
• Assist in event preparation and delivery for diverse Antahā events such as private dinners and community experiences, focusing on environment and sensory elements.
• Manage participant experience from arrival to event conclusion, including logistics, communications, and team coordination.
• Expand Antahā’s presence within Los Angeles’ corporate, wellness, and high-net-worth individual communities.
• Develop partnerships with aligned organizations, venues, and communities.
• Act as Antahā’s representative at relevant events and networking opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Located in Los Angeles with availability for occasional travel.
• Proven background in corporate wellness, executive consulting, or premium client relations.
• Warm, grounded demeanor comfortable across a variety of settings from boardrooms to intimate gatherings.
• Fluent in both corporate communication and deeper inner work, able to integrate both without conflict.
• Emotionally intelligent, dependable, and highly self-aware.
• Confident in upscale environments, presenting with quiet sophistication.
• Aligned philosophically with Antahā’s approach; not seeking personal wellness branding or certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wellness, executive coaching, mindfulness, or experiential design.
• Established networks within Los Angeles’ corporate, high-net-worth, or wellness sectors.
• Experience supporting international teachers or consultants.
• Personal practice in meditation, somatic techniques, breathwork, or similar modalities.
