Role overview

GLS Canada is hiring a permanent part-time Warehouse Sorter for its Brampton location. This position starts at 4:00 pm and runs on weekdays, making it a fit for someone available for an evening shift in a busy warehouse setting.

Schedule and workplace

The shift runs Monday through Friday, from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm. The workplace is located at 300 Biscayne Crescent, Brampton, ON L6W 4S1.

Compensation

The role pays $18.15 per hour.

What the job involves

• Handling inbound receiving and outbound shipping activities.
• Reconciling paperwork and checking shipment counts to make sure nothing is missing.
• Working collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Following health and safety rules at all times.
• Maintaining accuracy and organization while sorting and processing goods.

Candidate profile

• Strong organizational ability and close attention to detail are important.
• You should be comfortable working on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 70 lbs is required.
• The role is suited to someone who works well with others and can adapt to a diverse workplace.
