What You'll Do

• Operate within a 24-hour warehouse, with flexible shifts managed through a 3-week roster for improved work-life balance.
• Handle the movement, picking, and loading of all food and non-food products.
• Maintain the highest standards for receiving, storing, packing, and transporting stock.
• Work effectively in both ambient and temperature-controlled warehouse sections.
• Perform picking duties for store replenishment, specifically in the selections area, by placing goods onto pallets.
• Utilize a voice-operated headset system to guide picking tasks and locations.
• Work towards defined performance targets to ensure clarity on daily objectives.

What You'll Need

• Proficiency in operating Manual Handling Equipment, including order picker forklifts.
• A flexible and positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Comfort and capability in working within a fast-paced operational environment.

What You'll Receive

• Starting hourly rate of €15.40, increasing to €17.90 after three years of service.
• Additional pay for unsocial hours worked between 12 am and 7 am.

Bank Holiday: €32.40

Year 3 Pay Structure:
Basic Rate: €16.90
Unsocial Hours: €21.13
Overtime/Sundays: €25.35
Bank Holiday: €33.80

Year 4 Pay Structure:
Basic Rate: €17.90
Unsocial Hours: €22.38
Overtime/Sundays: €26.85
Bank Holiday: €35.80
