Role overview

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is accountable for the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse functions. This includes maintaining safe, efficient, and accurate inventory handling, managing inbound and outbound flows, and coordinating the workforce so service, cost, and quality expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily resupply activities, including goods receipt, inspection, scanning and SAP updates, de-trashing, un-crating, fixturing, re-packing, and dispatch to manufacturing.
  • Work closely with the picking team to keep deliveries and production schedules on track.
  • Guide, support, and supervise operators, forklift drivers, and contract workers to achieve operational targets and key performance measures.
  • Distribute manpower according to workload and changing operational priorities.
  • Run daily team briefings, monitor performance, and provide hands-on coaching and training.
  • Ensure attendance, conduct, discipline, and other company policies are consistently followed.

Qualifications and experience
