Role Overview

We are seeking a Waitress for our Lobby Lounge to deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests. This role is pivotal in providing attentive and friendly food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction in a refined setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer courteous, warm, and responsive service to each guest.
• Accurately record food and drink orders and serve them promptly.
• Serve all items following established service standards.
• Prepare and clear tables efficiently ensuring proper setup and cleanliness.
• Maintain hygiene and spotless condition in dining and service areas.
• Address guest inquiries and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming protocols consistently.

Requirements

• Preferably a minimum of 2 years experience in food service within restaurants or hotels.
• Fundamental understanding of food and beverage service principles.
• Awareness of hygiene and safety standards.
• A friendly disposition with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work cohesively within a team environment.
• Availability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically capable to handle the demands of a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
