Job Overview

Talent Bridge Solution seeks a polite and customer-oriented Waiter / Steward to deliver exceptional food and beverage service within our restaurant and banquet settings. The ideal candidate will ensure guest satisfaction through timely, professional, and courteous service while upholding hygiene and service standards.

Key Duties

• Greet guests and assist them in seating arrangements.
• Provide menu details, clarify dish options, and record food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently and correctly.
• Prepare and clear tables during restaurant and banquet functions.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest requests promptly and handle minor complaints with professionalism.
• Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and uniform policies.
• Follow established food safety and hospitality standard operating procedures.
• Assist with banquet setups, buffet arrangements, and event services as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of 10th or 12th grade; Hotel Management certification is a plus.
• Between 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, or banquet services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service.
• Capability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive, energetic team player.
