About the Role
A leading multi-brand consumer company with operations across various international markets is currently executing a comprehensive customer transformation focused on leveraging data, artificial intelligence, enhanced customer experience, loyalty initiatives, and personalized services. This executive leadership position is central to defining and driving the overall customer strategy at the enterprise level, spearheading the loyalty program, increasing customer engagement, and embedding data-informed decision-making across different brands and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the enterprise-wide customer strategy.
- Lead the development and commercial success of loyalty programs and manage the partner ecosystem.
- Direct customer research, data analytics, and segmentation efforts.
- Enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value metrics.
- Utilize AI to create personalized customer experiences.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, digital, technology, and marketing leadership teams.
- Manage and motivate multidisciplinary, high-performing teams.
- Report strategy progress and results to executive leadership.
Success Metrics
Achievement will be gauged by increased active customer numbers, improved customer lifetime value, elevated retention rates, stronger loyalty economics, tangible commercial outcomes, successful execution of strategic initiatives, and development of high-functioning teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Applicants should have between 16 to 20 years of senior leadership experience in areas such as customer strategy, CRM, loyalty programs, customer experience, digital transformation, analytics, or AI within intricate consumer business landscapes. Proven commercial leadership, expert stakeholder management, and track record in transformation initiatives are essential.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is mandatory. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or postgraduate qualifications in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or AI are highly valued.
