Visual Designer

About the Role

Our client, a creative agency, is seeking a Visual Designer for an ongoing contract engagement. This part-time role involves approximately 10-15 hours weekly, targeting a start at the end of August. The position is remote but applicants should be based in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and branding materials for a prominent corporate client.
• Create print and digital assets including landing pages, emails, social media ads, print advertisements, posters, out-of-home signage, and digital advertisements.
• Edit videos, incorporate motion graphics, and develop quick animations for social media content.
• Resize, reformat, and retouch visual assets as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in Figma design software.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work.
• Ability to communicate effectively during regular daytime hours; actual design work can be done outside these hours.

Employment Details

The role may involve access to confidential client or customer information. Candidates must adhere to confidentiality requirements.

Compensation ranges from $40 to $45 per hour, paid via T4.
