Role Overview

We represent a partner company seeking a Visual Designer Graduate based in Canada. Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visuals leveraging existing asset libraries while experimenting with AI-generated images and 3D-inspired content.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to interpret briefs and deliver polished creative solutions.
• Ensure consistency in brand visuals and actively contribute ideas to advance the brand identity.
• Refine designs iteratively based on feedback, balancing quality, originality, and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• A strong design portfolio showcasing work from academics, freelancing, personal initiatives, or professional engagements.
• Proficiency in Figma for digital design, layout creation, and collaborative workflows.
• Hands-on experience with motion design tools like Rive, Lottie, Principle, After Effects, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with AI-based image generation tools such as Midjourney or similar technologies.
• Interest or experience in 3D design software like Blender or Spline is advantageous.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring polished and professional visuals.
• Capability to multitask, adapt to feedback, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• A proactive, self-directed work approach suited for remote work.
• Up to one year of professional experience preferred, including internships or freelance projects.
