Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Visa Counsellor cum Telecaller who will provide expert guidance to clients on visa and immigration services. This role involves managing telephonic inquiries, driving lead generation, and successfully converting potential clients by clearly explaining visa eligibility, requirements, documentation, and procedural steps. The candidate must excel in communication, persuasion, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and initiate calls to prospective clients to discuss visa-related options.
- Advise clients on visa eligibility, necessary documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
- Source new potential clients through telecalling efforts and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through ongoing communication.
- Clarify visa services, associated processes, anticipated timelines, and applicable fees.
- Drive lead conversion to meet or exceed targets.
- Keep detailed records of calls, leads generated, follow-up activities, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the visa processing team to facilitate seamless application progression.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and concerns.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong follow-up habits.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Prior experience in visa/immigration services or telecalling is a plus.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 11,000 and 21,000 INR.
