Videographer and Video Editor

Role Overview

We are seeking a Videographer and Video Editor to produce engaging video content aimed primarily for social media platforms. The role involves both capturing and editing videos at various client venues such as salons, spas, gyms, and events. Candidates with practical experience, ranging from basic to advanced skills, especially in Adobe Premiere Pro, are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Record Instagram Reels, behind-the-scenes clips, testimonials, service demonstrations, and event footage according to content plans.
• Conduct both indoor and outdoor filming ensuring appropriate framing, lighting, and camera angles for high-quality visuals.
• Document client interactions, transformations, workouts, ambience, and trending social media concepts.
• Utilize equipment like gimbals, tripods, and stabilizers to capture stable and smooth video footage.
• Produce content aligned with current Instagram Reels trends, including transitions and social media-specific formats.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing teams, clients, stylists, trainers, and staff during shooting sessions.
• Travel between multiple client locations depending on the shooting schedule.
• Perform mandatory video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, managing tasks such as cutting footage, applying transitions, syncing music, pacing edits, adding basic color correction, and overlaying text tailored for short-form social media videos.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient understanding of DSLR or mirrorless camera operations including settings, framing, lighting, and composition techniques.
• Experience handling camera accessories such as gimbals, stabilizers, tripods, lenses, and audio equipment.
• Mandatory working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; suitable for basic to advanced skill levels.
• Creative capability to produce visually captivating content suited for Instagram Reels and other short-form video formats, including familiarity with trending editing styles and sequence structures.
• Strong storytelling ability to convey narratives through raw footage effectively.
• Ability to adapt and remain efficient in dynamic environments like salons, spas, gyms, and event spaces.
• Own necessary camera gear and accessories including lenses and stabilizers.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple shoots as required.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams and clients seamlessly.
• Willingness to commute to various client locations as per project needs.

Compensation

The monthly salary range offered is INR 22000 to INR 27500.
