Role Summary

The Vice President Strategy will serve full-time in a remote capacity, spearheading the firm’s strategic vision and enhancing client impact. Responsibilities include crafting business and digital strategies that drive growth, deepen client connections, and broaden service offerings. This role involves performing detailed analyses of client organizations, spotting trends in people-related risks, and proposing initiatives aligned with both client and firm goals.

Key Duties

• Lead strategic planning processes and collaborate with consulting teams to design and improve advisory solutions.
• Track and assess key performance metrics to verify achievement of strategic objectives.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to driving business development efforts.
