Position Overview

The Vice President of Operational Excellence is tasked with steering the company's strategic planning and enhancing operational systems to achieve continual improvement. This leadership role demands devising operational strategies, refining processes, boosting production efficiency, managing quality, controlling costs, and advancing organizational effectiveness while embracing operational digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop mid-to-long-term strategies for operational excellence and implement optimization initiatives.
• Create and enhance the corporate operational management framework, standardizing processes and mechanisms.
• Lead upgrades of operational models to improve efficiency and competitive edge.
• Align resource management with corporate growth objectives.
• Analyze and improve critical business workflows, including procurement, production, supply chain, sales support, and customer deliveries.
• Implement Lean Operations methodologies to maximize production efficiency and resource utilization.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and driving operational improvements.
• Advocate process automation and digital tools to improve operational transparency and execution capabilities.
• Coordinate production, supply chain, procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams to foster seamless collaboration.
• Streamline production planning, inventory control, and delivery to enhance supply chain responsiveness and operational stability.
• Promote cooperation between suppliers and manufacturing units to optimize internal systems.
• Implement and oversee Total Quality Management (TQM) systems to uphold product quality and mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost product consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop mechanisms for problem-solving and raising operational standards.
• Design strategies to reduce operational costs and elevate profitability.
• Utilize data analytics to pinpoint and realize efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional cost management projects ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Create an operational performance evaluation system to reinforce team productivity.
• Collaborate across departments—operations, supply chain, production, quality, sales, and finance—to align operational and strategic goals.
• Advocate corporate culture development and elevate operational management skills.

• Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

• 20 to 25 years of experience in operational management, operational excellence, or supply chain disciplines.
• At least 8 years in senior leadership roles, such as Director or Vice President.
• Preferred background in operational models related to jewelry, luxury goods, manufacturing, or premium consumer products.
• Experience managing global operations and multi-regional teams is advantageous.
• Expertise in Lean management, process improvements, digital operational systems, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong abilities in strategic planning, leadership, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making.
