Position Overview and Work Arrangement
This is a contract role for a UX/UI Designer with a remote work setup in the United States offering flexible weekly hours between 10 and 40. The hourly payment ranges from $25 to $50.
Responsibilities
- Engage in projects that combine user experience design with cutting-edge technology, focusing on customer requirements.
- Utilize UX/UI design skills to support the training of cutting-edge AI systems.
- Influence machine learning models by providing high-quality, real-life input to enhance their learning and reasoning capabilities.
- Participate in innovative and AI-centric projects by applying forward-thinking UX/UI approaches.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated expert proficiency in UX/UI design approaches supported by a strong portfolio.
- Extensive experience using Figma, specifically with prototyping and managing design systems.
- Competence in interpreting analytics data from tools like Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, clearly documenting processes in both written and spoken formats.
- Experience operating in agile and cross-functional teams, either independently or as a consultant.
